We offer FREE SHIPPING over $98 anywhere in the contiguous 48 states! All purchases are given a tracking number for customers to be able to track their package's delivery date. Please allow 24-48 hours for processing of your order and this option is sent first class. If you are on a time constraint, please email us at email@example.com and we will try to accommodate but can't guarantee. We can also give you the option to upgrade to priority for $2.
Need it within the week? Choose this option for USPS 2 day priority. Please allow 24-48 hours for processing of order. All purchases are given a tracking number for customers to be able to track their package's delivery date.
We can rush orders for our customers upon request for an additional fee of $16. We will get these orders out quick and shipped by two day shipping option. All domestic purchases will be given a tracking number for shoppers to be able to track their package's delivery date.
International shipping is a flat rate of $34.99. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions. Please include the subject of the email as "Remedy Road International Shipping". Please note that the processing time for international shipments may take up to 72 hours.
**Remedy Road is not responsible for international customs charges. Customer must pay these fees upon arrival.
We understand that not every purchase fits perfectly and sometimes trying new brands doesn't work out. We want you to love your Remedy Road purchase so we are happy to offer no-hassle returns. Just make sure to ship any unused items you'd like to return to our returns department (address listed below). Because so many of our vendor partners are small ALL RETURNS ARE FOR EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY.

All return items must be received by the Remedy Road Returns Department within 60 days from the date of receipt. Return items must be unworn & unwashed and smoke, deodorant, & perfume-free with original tags attached. Shoes must be returned in the original shoebox. Please pack the shoebox inside another box as the original shoebox must remain undamaged. Any signs of wear to the shoe (including the sole) or a damaged shoebox will render them ineligible for return.
Sales are FINAL on the following:
• Any discounted items or sale items
• Home goods
• Items purchased at trunk shows, pop-up shops or special events
Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Any damaged items purchased online must be reported as damaged within 7 days of receipt and prior to wearing the item. Tags must still be attached. No exceptions.
Items returned that are not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
All holiday purchases (Thanksgiving to Christmas) must be postmarked or returned by January 7th and in compliance with the Remedy Road Return Policy.
We will do our best to honor requests for exchanges, per compliance with the Remedy Road Return Policy; however, limited size and style quantities limit our ability to honor such requests. Store credit may be issued when an exchange is not possible due to quantity limitations.
